Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is unused
- Original tags are attached
- Product is unwashed
- Original packaging is available
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used products
- Washed garments
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original tags
- Products purchased under clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective)
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:

- Damaged Product
- Manufacturing Defect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
